The National Forum of Family Resource Centre (FRCNF) is pleased to welcome the Healthy Living Centre Alliance (HLCA) to the inaugural event of the All-Ireland Knowledge Exchange Project. Laois R32 TYW7 Tel: +353 57 863 1200 Email: info@thekilleshin.com Website: https://www.thekilleshin.com Date: Thursday, 24th October 2024 Time: 9:15 am - 3:15 pm This initiative seeks to bring together a wide range of expertise and experiences to address pressing community issues, with a particular focus on suicide prevention and pain support. Attendees will gain insights into successful practices, explore case studies, and listen to discussions about collaborative approaches to help support individuals living with chronic pain and poor mental health. This conference aims to foster a deeper understanding of how community development can be leveraged to improve outcomes and quality of life for people and seeks to support the staff of FRCs and the HLCA in pooling their knowledge and sharing experiences around the key areas of chronic pain support within the community sector in both jurisdictions.
