As a Social Prescribing advocate, Rita believes that Social Prescribing is an excellent fit within the FRC programme and that the potential benefits are manifold. I am interested in enabling people, particularly those disadvantaged or at risk, to reduce suffering and enhance their life experiences. I believe that social prescribing can contribute to this endeavour and support the health of mind, body, and spirit.
