Supporting National Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Campaigns

In recent years, there has been a collective acknowledgement of the vital role mental health plays in our country's health and well-being.

However, despite progress, people with mental health conditions often experience discrimination and stigma, preventing them from seeking help and support when needed.

By promoting national mental health campaigns, we seek to:

  • Create Awareness

  • Reduces Mental Health Stigma

  • Empower People with Knowledge

  • Help Build Resilience

  • Encourage people to be proactive in looking after their Mental Health

Therefore, we believe it is an essential part of our work to support mental health awareness campaigns to help increase understanding, reduce stigma and promote quality, evidence-based mental health tools and resources.
